Restrovance is a restaurant management service (orders, tables, kitchen, billing and reports) used by restaurants and their staff. This page explains what we collect and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details: name, username, role, and the email address if you link or use Google sign-in.
- Restaurant data you enter: menu, tables, orders, bills, expenses, staff, and optional guest details such as a name or phone number for loyalty, reservations or feedback.
- Technical data: sign-in times, device and browser type, and security logs.
Google sign-in
If you choose "Continue with Google", we receive only your email address and name from Google, to find your existing Restrovance account and sign you in. We do not read your Gmail, contacts, calendar or any other Google data. If a restaurant owner connects Google Drive for backups, we only access the backup files that Restrovance itself creates in that account.
How we use it
Only to run the service for your restaurant: signing you in, processing orders and bills, showing reports, sending backups you asked for, and keeping the system secure. We do not sell your data and we do not show advertising.
Who can see it
Data is visible to the staff of your own restaurant according to their role, and to Restrovance support only when needed to fix a problem you report. Each restaurant's data is kept separate from every other restaurant.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our hosting provider's servers. Passwords and PINs are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS, and backups can be encrypted.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account or your restaurant's data, and you can unlink Google sign-in at any time from More → Google sign-in. Restaurants can export their data from the Backups page.
